A misty morning I dragged my chains through a hall
Driven by faith and despair
These chains which tear my body and soul
For years they‘re here

Then they put us upon a high grey throne
As I was craving for hope
Will the Sun defeat this frightening storm?
Or will there be a loss?

Those bright lights are blurring my eyes
The liquid and the gas are confusing my mind
Without senses, without will
Lose consciousness, just lying there still
Now I feel no pain, neither agony
Οn this cold bench, is this really me?
My fate sealed by others, my life through a fog
In the hands of humans or in the mercy of God?

Alas ! Alas ! God has forsaken us...

Hours have passed and I ‘am still caught in a dream
Wandering beyond time
Am I alive ? But why there’s nothing to feel?
It’s strange how death feels like

And so I awoke in this freezing room
I recall wounded creatures
The pain and loss and the scars that marked on my soul
An endless dance of ghosts
